Andrzej Słomkowski, the senior of the family, received his first skills as a baker in the 1950s in Jelenia Góra.
At the end of the 1980s, he managed to fulfill his dream and together with his son Robert, he opened a bakery to be able to pursue his passion on his own

Today, many years of experience allow us to produce bread of high quality and excellent taste.
And although we have a modern machine park in our plant, traditional recipes using natural ingredients are the company's trademark.

Automation of production and logistics processes allowed only to improve technological processes, increasing the quality of products, while maintaining the aforementioned traditional recipes.

Our greatest capital is the company's employees. Thanks to their knowledge, skills and commitment, they are one of the most important the pillars of our company.

We have been meeting HACCAP standards for many years and we still strive for continuous improvement to maintain a stable and high position in the bakery market in the region.
